3. Refund Eligibility Before Program Commencement

Students may request a refund under the following conditions:

Career Kick Start Bootcamp

• 100% refund if requested at least 3 days before the scheduled batch start date.
• No refund after the batch has commenced.

90-Day Job Ready Program

• 100% refund if requested at least 7 days before program commencement.
• No refund once the program has started.

Workshops and Webinars

• 100% refund if requested at least 48 hours before the event.
• No refund after the event has started.

4. Refund Policy After Program Access or Participation

Due to the nature of educational services, mentoring, live training sessions, and intellectual property shared during programs:

• No refund will be provided after attending the first live session.
• No refund will be provided after access to course materials, recordings, templates, assignments, or resources has been granted.
• No refund will be provided for non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, personal reasons, or lack of participation.

5. Career Guidance Sessions

Career guidance sessions involve personalized consultation and time allocation.

• Refund requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
• Refund requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
• Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.

6. Resume Writing Services

Resume writing services involve professional time, consultation, drafting, and customization.

Eligible for Refund

• If the service has not yet commenced.

Not Eligible for Refund

• Once information gathering, consultation, drafting, editing, or delivery work has begun.
• After the first draft has been shared.
• After the final resume has been delivered.

7. LinkedIn Profile Optimization Services

Eligible for Refund

• If the service has not yet commenced.

Not Eligible for Refund

• Once profile review, consultation, optimization work, content creation, or recommendations have been initiated.
• After delivery of profile recommendations or optimized content.

8. Mock Interview Services

Eligible for Refund

• Full refund if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled mock interview.

Not Eligible for Refund

• Missed interview sessions.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
• Completed mock interview sessions.

9. Program Transfers and Rescheduling

At SkillBae Academy’s discretion, students may be allowed to:

• Transfer enrollment to a future batch.
• Reschedule coaching or mock interview sessions.
• Receive service credits for future programs.

Such requests are subject to availability and approval.

10. Duplicate Payments

If a payment is accidentally made more than once for the same service:

• The duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
• Processing may take 5-10 business days depending on banking partners and payment gateways.

11. Program Cancellation by SkillBae Academy

If SkillBae Academy cancels a program, workshop, or service before delivery:

• Students will be offered either:

  • An option to transfer to a future batch or equivalent service.

12. No Job Guarantee

SkillBae Academy provides training, guidance, mentoring, career development, and employability enhancement services.

Enrollment in any program does not guarantee:

• Employment
• Internship opportunities
• Job offers
• Salary levels
• Interview calls
• Career outcomes

Refunds will not be issued based on employment outcomes or hiring decisions made by third-party employers.

13. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests arising from medical emergencies or exceptional situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests remains solely at the discretion of SkillBae Academy.

14. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will typically be processed within:

5 to 10 business days

from the date of approval.

The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
