Our services are intended to help individuals improve career awareness, job readiness, professional branding, and employability.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or
• You are accessing the service under the supervision or consent of a parent/guardian.

You also confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful. Fake experience, fake certificates, and fake confidence eventually collapse during interviews anyway. Recruiters can smell desperation faster than HR emails disappear on Fridays.

We do not guarantee:

• Instant success

Career success depends on multiple factors including your effort, consistency, communication skills, market conditions, experience, competition, and execution.

We provide guidance, strategy, and support. You are responsible for taking action.

4. Payments & Pricing

• All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments must be completed in full before service delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• Certain services may require advance booking or scheduling.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation or suspension of service.

Skillbae Academy uses third-party payment gateways for secure transactions. We are not responsible for payment gateway failures, banking delays, or technical issues caused by third-party providers. 5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Career Guidance Sessions & Coaching Programs

• Fees paid for Career Clarity Sessions, Bootcamps, or Coaching Programs are generally non-refundable once the session/program has been booked or started.
• Rescheduling requests may be accepted if informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Professional Services

For services such as:

refunds will not be applicable once the work has started, drafts have been shared, or consultation has been conducted.
